Introduction

Welcome to The Way of the Bat – Combat Conditioning. Inspired by the multi-disciplinary training behind Batman’s combat style, these circuits develop agility, coordination, and conditioning under pressure — built for control, adaptability, and close-quarters efficiency.

Batman’s edge comes from years of relentless training under elite martial artists such as Lady Shiva and Richard Dragon. The result is a system built on precision, discipline, and efficiency — blending striking, grappling, stealth, and tactical awareness into a cohesive combat approach.

These workouts reflect that philosophy. Expect a mix of martial arts drills, agility work, and conditioning circuits designed for combat readiness — not aesthetics.

  • A meeting with Ra’s al Ghul is inevitable. There is no rest here — only execution.
  • 5 minutes continuous striking: punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
  • Work through combinations with control and precision — no wasted movement.
  • If partnered, have the pad holder call combinations and dictate tempo.

Cool-down (5 minutes):
