- Use SSP content in any manner that may mislead others regarding its origin, ownership, authorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Any unauthorised use of SSP content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in the removal of content, suspension of access, legal action, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Super Soldier Project (“SSP”) may provide digital products including ebooks, downloadable PDFs, workout programmes, training plans, guides, templates, courses, and other digital resources.
Unless otherwise stated, purchase or download of a digital product grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.

Purchase or download of a product grants a licence to use the product and does not transfer ownership of the underlying content, copyright, trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property rights.
SSP reserves the right to revoke access to digital products where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, copyright infringement, abuse, fraud, or breach of applicable terms.
AI Training, Content Harvesting, and Automated Access
Super Soldier Project (“SSP”) does not grant permission for its content to be used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning development, dataset creation, automated content harvesting, or similar activities except where expressly authorised in writing.
Without prior written permission from SSP, users may not:
- Use website content to train, fine-tune, test, validate, benchmark, improve, or operate artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, generative AI systems, or similar technologies.
- Create datasets, archives, repositories, corpora, libraries, or collections containing SSP content for machine processing or automated analysis.

Normal search engine indexing conducted in accordance with recognised web standards and website instructions is not prohibited by this policy.
SSP reserves all rights relating to the use of its content for artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated processing, content aggregation, and similar activities.
Unauthorised use of SSP content for such purposes may constitute a breach of copyright, intellectual property rights, contractual terms, or other applicable legal protections.
Quotations, Attribution, and Fair Use
