Introduction
Welcome to The Way of the Bat β Combat Conditioning. Inspired by the multi-disciplinary training behind Batmanβs combat style, these circuits develop agility, coordination, and conditioning under pressure β built for control, adaptability, and close-quarters efficiency.
Batmanβs edge comes from years of relentless training under elite martial artists such as Lady Shiva and Richard Dragon. The result is a system built on precision, discipline, and efficiency β blending striking, grappling, stealth, and tactical awareness into a cohesive combat approach.
