These are not controlled encounters. They are volatile, unpredictable, and unforgiving. Strength alone won’t carry you through. You need endurance, composure, and the ability to operate under pressure when everything starts to break down.
This is where order is restored — not in theory, but in the middle of the storm.

These sessions simulate breakout conditions across Gotham’s two primary containment zones.

Each workout is built around a 7-station circuit, with every station representing a different villain encounter.
Start at Station 1.
Work through each station in order.
Complete the required work at each station before moving on.
Continue until all stations are cleared.
Once all stations are complete. The breakout is contained.

No skipping stations. No shortcuts.
Move with intent — but expect fatigue to build as you progress.

The Arkham Breakout Circuits are built around confrontation with Gotham’s most unstable minds — chaotic, unpredictable, and capable of sudden violence. These sessions demand control under pressure, forcing you to stay composed when rhythm breaks and nothing unfolds the way it should.

🔪 Mr Zsasz – Final Tally Station
Victor Zsasz is a highly intelligent and calculating serial killer who marks his body for every victim he claims, recording each one with clinical precision. His freakish strength is often attributed to constant isometric training, developing tension and control rather than brute force.

Perform push-ups and squats continuously for 1 minute.
1 push-up + 1 squat = 1 scar.
Goal: Accumulate as many scars as possible before time runs out.
🌿 Poison Ivy – Savage Nature Station
Pamela Isley, known as Poison Ivy, is a botanist turned eco-terrorist with a deep connection to plant life — controlling toxins, pheromones, and the natural world itself.

Bodyweight sequences that are fluid, complex, and unforgiving — like nature itself.

🧩 Riddler’s Mind Games Circuit
Edward Nigma, the Riddler, is a master of puzzles and psychological games — obsessed with proving his intellect by forcing others to think under pressure.

The Riddler, doesn’t test strength — he tests your mind. Solve correctly and move efficiently. Get it wrong, and you pay for it.

🪙 Two-Face – Split Personality Workout

Acrophobia (Fear of Heights): Dead hang: 45 seconds.

Failure Penalty:If you fail any challenge, you confront that fear through death by burpees.
Death by burpees: Perform burpees continuously until failure.
This applies to each challenge individually — fail one, complete a full round of death by burpees before moving on. Fail another, repeat.
🐊 Killer Croc – Swampland Challenge
Waylon Jones, better known as Killer Croc, is a formidable antagonist in the Batman universe, characterized by his reptilian appearance and enhanced strength.
