🦇 Rogues Gallery: Containment Protocols

Welcome to the Rogues Gallery: Containment Protocols — featuring the Arkham and Blackgate Breakout Circuits. Built around pursuit, confrontation, and survival under fatigue, these workouts develop the strength, endurance, conditioning, and control required when Gotham’s worst spill back onto the streets.

Table of Contents

Introduction

Gotham’s worst never stay locked up for long. When the cells open, chaos follows — and Batman meets it head-on.

These are not controlled encounters. They are volatile, unpredictable, and unforgiving. Strength alone won’t carry you through. You need endurance, composure, and the ability to operate under pressure when everything starts to break down.

This is where order is restored — not in theory, but in the middle of the storm.

Batman possesses one of the largest and easily recognisable Rogues gallery in the history of comics books.

⚙️ About the Circuits

These sessions simulate breakout conditions across Gotham’s two primary containment zones.

You will choose one:

  • 🃏 Arkham Breakout → Chaotic, unpredictable encounters.
  • 🏛️ Blackgate Breakout → Structured, physical, and relentless pressure.

⚙️ How It Works

Each workout is built around a 7-station circuit, with every station representing a different villain encounter.

  • Start at Station 1.
  • Work through each station in order.
  • Complete the required work at each station before moving on.
  • Continue until all stations are cleared.
  • Once all stations are complete. The breakout is contained.

⚙️ Execution Rules

  • Each station has its own format (reps, time, rounds, or conditional tasks).
  • No skipping stations. No shortcuts.
  • Move with intent — but expect fatigue to build as you progress.
  • Transitions should be quick, not rushed.

🏚️ Arkham Breakout Circuits.

The Arkham Breakout Circuits are built around confrontation with Gotham’s most unstable minds — chaotic, unpredictable, and capable of sudden violence. These sessions demand control under pressure, forcing you to stay composed when rhythm breaks and nothing unfolds the way it should.

⚙️ Protocol Reminder

7 stations. Move through each in order. No rest between stations. Contain the breakout.
